1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CODbox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our application.
2. Description of Service
CODbox is a mobile application that helps online store owners manage Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, couriers, customers, and settlements. The service is available in free and paid (Pro) versions.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per user/business
4. Free Plan Limitations
The free plan includes:
- 30 orders per calendar month
- 1 courier maximum
- PDF invoices with CODbox watermark
- All other core features
5. Pro Subscription
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play
- A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime through Google Play settings
- Refunds are handled per Google Play refund policy
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer the application
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service to store fraudulent data
- Attempt to disrupt or damage the service
7. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into CODbox. We claim no ownership rights over your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
CODbox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
